This product does not contain estrogen. However, the fenugreek in Estrogen Balance Elite helps encourage estrogen production.

In a study of people who took the fenugreek extract used in Estrogen Balance Elite, improvements in hormone-related discomforts were seen after 6 weeks. Everyone is unique, however, so the time it takes to notice benefits can vary from person to person.
As with any supplement, always read the entire label and follow the directions carefully. Per the label instructions, take two (2) tablets in the evening with food.
