Use As a dietary supplement As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 teaspoon 1,200 mg once or twice a day between meals avoid on full stomach with a small amount of water 1 tablespoon . For better assimilation and taste, mix 1/4 tsp. of royal jelly with 1/2 tsp. of honey. Never mix with anything hot - Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
